Smash Cow is a new venture. Obsessive about great burgers, the new and unusual, its a must try.

Founder Dan says: “We offer SMASH BURGERS! We smash our patties on the grill to add that extra caramelization to your burger, we think it’s delicious and the best way to have a burger. Our minced meat is top quality from an independent award winning butcher in Yorkshire. All their cows are grass fed and free range, while all our patties are all made by us, ready to go on the burger press!

We’ve been involved in street food catering for more than three years and are really passionate about good quality food. Having road tested our fair share of At Home Meal Kits from burger joints in London, we wanted to bring a similar experience to Banbury and we feel we’ve got the right formula to create the perfect burger.
