Smash Cow is run by husband-and-wife team Dan and Kayleigh, who are passionate about making burgers that stand out. What makes their burgers special? They are SMASH burgers—where the patties are smashed on the grill to create extra caramelisation, bringing out the best flavour in every bite. It’s a method they believe makes for the most delicious burger experience.

Their beef patties come from an independent, award-winning butcher in Yorkshire, using grass-fed, free-range cattle. Each patty is crafted from a blend of different beef cuts and dry-aged beef fat, which adds rich, enhanced flavour when cooked on the griddle.
