Tell us about your business and how it started.
Our street food business started with a passion for bringing healthy and flavorful Asian poke bowls to the community. We noticed a lack of options for fresh and nutritious street food and wanted to fill that gap.

When you visit us at Lock29, you'll find a vibrant and inviting stall offering a variety of colourful and customisable poke bowls and many daily Asian specials. Our ingredients are always fresh and sourced locally when possible, and we take pride in offering a diverse selection of toppings and sauces to cater to different tastes.

What do you recommend people buy from you to get a real flavour for your business?
To get a real flavour for our business, we recommend trying our signature dish pork bibimbap bowl with crunchy toppings like sesame seeds, crispy onions, and seaweed salad.

 Outside of work, tell us a little bit about yourself? What do you like to do when not at Lock29?
Outside of work, we enjoy exploring new cuisines and cooking techniques to continually expand our culinary knowledge. We love spending time outdoors, whether it's hiking in nature or relaxing at the beach. Additionally, I'm passionate about supporting local businesses and frequently seek out farmers’ markets and food festivals to discover new flavours and ingredients.
