The Story of Roses of Bloxham

Roses of Bloxham, the heart of indulgence in Lock29 invites visitors to experience a delectable journey. Tammy and her dedicated team at Lock29 extend a warm invitation to savour the finest crepes, mouth-watering milkshakes, and freshly made gelato, all served with a warm smile.

Founded 24 years ago in the year 2000, Roses of Bloxham’s journey began in Castle Quay as a humble sweet stall with a carousel. Over the years, the business evolved, introducing a coffee unit that tantalised taste buds with delightful doughnuts. In the year 2020, Roses of Bloxham found its current home, Lock29, continuing the tradition of providing delightful treats.

When you step into Lock29, you are greeted with freshly made gelato prepared on-site. The menu boasts an array of tempting options, including crepes, waffles, and signature milkshakes that are sure to satisfy any sweet tooth.

Tammy recommends trying the Biscoff milkshake or the Oreo, which has become a customer favourite. "Our bestseller is the Oreo milkshake, and I love it," says Tammy. "It's the perfect blend of flavour and indulgence."

What makes Lock29 truly special, according to Tammy, is the close-knit team that works together seamlessly. From the Lock29 crew to the staff across all units, there is a strong sense of closeness. "We are a great team. We pull together and help each other out," Tammy shares. "I love being a part of Lock29, and I hope people like me too."
