Comedy is Good for the Soul

Community

Have you been to one of our comedy nights, run by Tap Social and Ryan Mold Comedy? If that’s a yes, you’ll know exactly what we’re talking about.

If not, did you know that comedy is good for you? Laughter and humour have been shown to have positive effects on both your physical and mental well-being and who doesn’t need that!

Stress Reduction - Laughter triggers the release of endorphins, which are natural feel-good chemicals in your brain.

Improved Mood - Humour can elevate your mood and help alleviate feelings of anxiety, sadness, or anger. It can provide a positive outlook and a sense of light-heartedness.

Social Bonding - Sharing a laugh with others helps strengthen social bonds and relationships.

There are lots of other documented benefits too but while we’re no scientists, laughing makes everything feel a little bit lighter, right?

Our comedy night is a brilliant night out.

Tap Social and Ryan Mold Comedy bring some of the best new and established comedians on the circuit to town. There’s a phenomenal bar offer from Tap Social whether you’re after a craft beer, wine, spirit or soft drink.

And of course, our global street vendors are open to fulfil your street food dreams.

Comedy Night tickets are just £10 (plus £1 booking fee).
