Festive Family Sound Bath
Join us for a special, shared experience intended to calm the mind, soothe the soul and nervous system amidst the hustle and bustle of the festive season.
You’ll be “bathed” in the gentle, healing vibrations of crystal singing bowls, chimes, drums, vocals and more – all you need to do is get comfy & cosy together and drift away.
You will also get to experience the Chimalli-Huehuetl - a contemporary ritual hand drum inspired by ancient Mesoamerican instruments!
This is the perfect opportunity to release stress, overexcitement and restore balance together as a family.
You can expect a guided meditation, a sense of calm and a chance to float home on a wave of peaceful energy.
Please bring yoga mats, blankets, pillows, eye masks, teddies, hot water bottle, a drink and anything else to help you relax and be warm & comfortable.
